Transport - postage and packing

Ordered goods are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The delivery of goods to you usually takes 1-3 business days from the shipment. For oversized shipments delivery may take longer (3-5 business days).

The item labeled "Delivery time is within 30 days of order" must be paid in advance to the account

 and the order number / name must be entered in the note for the recipient. The order marked as such becomes binding only upon receipt of the payment to the account and the goods will be delivered within 30 days of the date of the commitment.

The buyer is required to check the condition of the shipment (box breakage, ribbon failure) when picking up the shipment and refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged shipment.

Incomplete or damaged shipment must be promptly communicated to the seller, to write to the carrier a damage report and send it to the seller within 24 hours. If the receipt of the shipment by the buyer from the carrier is confirmed by the signature in the carrier's documents, there is no claim for additional claims of incompleteness or damage to the consignment. If the amount of the purchase is due to a cancellation or credit note, etc., less than the amount for free postage, the operator is entitled to charge the postage according to the price list or actual costs.
